Please Help! The underprivileged students need your support!

instagram-fund-20523144-ed09a1d197cc6e5afb2c95013ddd6b0e-no_text-v1When budget cuts occur, underserved children are affected the most. Twenty schools in the San Diego Unified School District are expecting to lay off employees, and in sixteen of those schools about 75% of the students qualify for free and reduced lunch, this is the rough estimate of the poverty level within those sixteen schools. Our children should not have to suffer academically because of the major budget cuts, and that is why ABC Children’s Foundation offers tutoring services.

ABC Children’s Foundation is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization based in San Diego, California. We provide support services to families at a disadvantage in San Diego County. One of our support services we provide is tutoring, we provide tutoring services to help bridge the gap in the educational structure. Classroom sizes have increased in size, while educational budgets have decreased, leading to a lapse in individualized instruction for children needing additional support. The effect of all of this can be seen in results of standardized tests across the nation, where scores are low.

Your donation will help assure the success of our services for our underserved families. Please do not hesitate to contact us with any questions and/or concerns at 619.202.6878. The Board of ABC Children’s Foundation would like to sincerely thank you for your time and consideration in-advance.
